Amazing place to stay.

Its location is perfect. It's near to cafes and restaurants as well as the JJ'S Backpacker Village for night life. There staff were also friendly.

I like that the room I booked was big for the two of us. I can use the kettle, fridge, and utensils. I can even cook if I wanted to.

We had an excellent stay at The Sylvia! The property was really nice and had everything we needed from soap, shampoo, green tea/coffee, kettle, drinking water, etc. It was next door to a convenience store and a delicious local food stall, as well as a motorcycle rental place, which was perfect for exploring Siquijor. The WiFi signal was super strong, even in the room, which was nice. The best part of this place is you can walk across the road and use the facilities at The Bruce free of charge. Their beach is absolutely stunning and amazing for sunset! The pool with a Waterfall feature was also really refreshing to take a dip in!

Great location. The woman working there is very helpful and provides indications on services around. Good size room with air-con. Free water and access to kitchen.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped sort out scooters for 350 a day and a tuk tuk to the port for 350. Great quiet location set in trees. We booked 3 beds in a 6 bed dorm and were given a 4 bed dorm just for us with ensuite. Which was large enough that you could use the shower without wetting the toilet. There was also a water dispenser and kettle in the dorm room, plus some free coffee, sugar, soap, toothpaste and shampoo. There was a well stocked shared kitchen to use with clean fridge and freezer. Would definitely stay again. In fact wish we'd stayed longer. Also great shop just by the entrance.

NO Warmwater in the dorm and i heave to hold the shower head and cant put it on the wall

Really nice staff and good beds, the entrance is on the Main Street but once inside you feel like in a village :) a plus, lots of books to read!

Close to Paliton beach, San Juan beach and many restaurants

The Location ist very good and staff is friendly

Staff were very friendly and helpful, helped us to book ferry tickets to our next destination. We rented a moped from the hotel which was a reasonable price and had laundry done for 80 per kg. The room was very spacious with 2 fans and a water dispenser. There was a lovely garden area with chairs to sit outside. The hotel was a short walk to restaurants along a main road. We had access to the sister hotel and used their pool and beach area.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. It's located nestled between restaurants and close to the beach. You can even use the pool of Bruce's resort. Espescially for the price it was really perfect.

“Best place!”

Great place, also free to use the facilities at the more luxury "The Bruce", just across the road. Just beware, if you use the pool here, please no diarreha, and always wash your children first!

“Probably best option here i Sikuijor”

So, in short, now low season being the only one here in my room for a week. Been travelling a lot in S/SW Asia now. Trust me, you will not find a better place here in the main area of Siquijor. ( Low season, SW monsoon here now, sometimes the ferries cancelled for a couple of days.) Not a party place esp. not right now in sept, still one of the best experiences you can get. Just keep your eyes and mind open...... And you can also stay at the Bruce, great place. Just please read the pool rules, never enter with diarreha and always wash your children (probably also your father and mother-in-law(?) first. Not absolutely clear, pool rules attached.

I like that it is located near the beach and restaurants along the way. People are very friendly and accomodating. Very peaceful place.

“Amazing little stay in Siquijor”

This is one of the best places we have stayed for the price. The room was big and spacious in a good location. The access to the Bruce just amazing - considering a lot of the beaches appear private, it was so nice to have this offer to relax on the beach and in the pool. For the price, this was just outstanding.
