“Awesome and highly recommended place”
Awesome place. Nice, clean and specious. Close by the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect for resting and only 15 min by motor to the city center for a night escapade. Lovely staff. Very accommodating owner. Highly recommended 👍

“Clean and quiet accommodation, but far away from everything and small.”
It’s a clean and comfy place with access to an outdoor kitchen. The hosts were very helpful and accomodating.

“Really affordable and nice place in San Juan!”
We loved the quiet area that is closer to where more locals are living and away from the main stretch of hotels. Loved the little kitchen which is why we rented the room - we were able to make little snacks and have coffee. Also the owners upgraded the kitchen with a storage unit while we were there using it. The host also gave us a tip to stay right across the street when our booking ended. Very helpful and nice family running it.

“Perfect budget stay”
I really like the neighbourhood :) super cute road with some shops like a bakery near by foot. A lot of animals jumping around the house. You need a scooter anyway on the island and with the scooter is 10min to San Juan main road. The staff really helpful and nice
