It's a charming and beautiful house, the bed was amazing the best on this trip for sure! The pool area was nice and the staff warm and kind.

This property is a well known house in SJDS. The rooms were clean and large, had great aircon and is run by a lovely local family. I enjoyed the breakfast and felt safe and secure.

“Colonial style property in a perfect location”

Location could not be more central: 2min to the beach and right in town. Everything is within walking distance. But at the same time it is very quiet. The room was large and well equipped. Good WIFI and excellent AC. The breakfast was cooked to order (pancakes or Nica breakfast with coffee). We really liked the outdoor space: large terrace with seating area and hammock. Great place to chill or read a book. There is a laundry service, which was quick and reasonably priced.

“Lovely beach house”

Lovely place for few days in San Juan, the location is perfect near the beach. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect we enjoyed our time there. 100% recommend and hope to come back soon.

In the heart os SJDS the house is cozy and clean. There is no kitchen usage for guests however. They people working there cook the included breakfast and you can order so snacks during the day. Piscine was clean and trully handy cause it s warm over there. Clim worked really well in my private room and the bathroom was just in front of my room wgich was easily accessible. Totally recommend it

Charming building with character, in a peaceful location, with a pleasant pool area and courtyard at the back, along with comfortable areas to read and relax.

Such a cute and charming house. The staff were very lovely, although have limited English. The room was comfortable, with AC and easy access to a shared bathroom. The bathroom was clean and the shower had hot water. They give you two options for breakfast, which is cooked for you after you order. There are a lot of seating areas inside and outside the house if you want to relax. The wifi is good. Good location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.
