Right on the beach with its own pool, I had a lovely private room with aircon. Delicious free breakfast served by friendly staff

The waterfront swimming pool with special centrifugal pumps. The hand manicured gardens. The 4 course, all you can eat hand crafted breakfast that Araceli concocts each morning. The hand squeezed fruit juices and fresh papaya.The 9 room boutique hotel is operated by the most affable Argentinian. No wish goes unattended. Women flock to this hotel because of the 24/7 security and the sounds of birds chirping. There’s 5 G internet too for workaholics.

“Good small hotel just outside the village.”

We stayed three nights in superior room 7 on the first floor, with sea view, with two larger beds. Good for two persons, but rather small, we doubt if it is comfortable for more people. This hotel with about ten rooms is ideal located, in the dry season you can walk to the town in a few minutes over the dry bottom of the river/beach at the backside of the hotel. The (Nicaraguan) breakfast is very tasty. The owner was very helpful, he had some good suggestions to visit some beaches. Good swimming pool and a nice area to sit in front of our room. Fine restaurant close to the hotel, so in the evening we had not to walk over the dark beach.

The hotel was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Staff were unfailingly polite, cheerful and helpful, booking cabs for us and trying to help when I stuffed up my flight booking. Free coffee all day was a bonus and the breakfasts were tasty and filling. There were lovely verandas with hammocks for guests to use and a garden with swimming pool. I would definitely stay again.

Located 15 minutes walk from the town centre, with a good view of the beach. Nice big terraces with good views. Efficient staff took good care of guest meals in the morning. The pool was nice.

Breakfast was fantastic and really filled me up. View from room was beautiful. Staff were so helpful. I would stay here again most definitely. The pool was lovely to relax and cool down in. Great coffee.

Very small beds, no longer than 5'10", or 170 cm, exposed electrical wires in the showers, I did get a zap, very dangerous. Breakfast was just ok.

The staff are so lovely and helpful. The breakfast is huge and delicious. The rooms are simple but have lots of clean towels and AC. The courtyard is a beautiful place to hang out, swim, read, and enjoy views of the beach. I loved our stay here.

A nice place to stay away from the crazy center of town but an easy walk to get there. The staff was so attentive and the breakfast was delicious. The pool is very nice.

The hotel is located at a small river what separates us from the beach and boulevard. So we could enjoy the view the moment we were at the gate. The swimming pool is well treated. The breakfast served is very Nicaragüese, Hecho con amor. Water to drink available 24/7

“Perfect place for the start of our trip!”

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It was our first stop on our three month tour and was the perfect place for us to chill out after travelling so far. Everyone who works at the hotel couldn’t be nicer and the guy who owns it is so accommodating! Great breakfast, great hammocks, really nice vibe! Thank you so much for having us!!
