Big room

The place was double booked and we got offered another place in the center of Sevilla . . The person responsible arranged this with WhatsApp . Our mistake that we didn’t involve booking . Well the apartment smelled like mold . We opened the windows and door everywhere for hours . We called booking and the owner . We would at least expect to get our money back or something . But no we had to pay the two night . The first morning we went away . We had to pay the night anyway if we sleep there or not . Booking pronised us to call back , but no . They didn’t help us . So we took another hotel for the second night . The appartement gets a 1 Booking also gets a 1 Btw I travel really a lot and I never give bad reviews .

Room vas inside large apartment, with other rooms. Our room had private bathroom. The room was not big, but just enough space for your stuff. Bathroom was large and amazing. There was also large balcony with nice view. Even it was in large building with other rooms, the room was quiet and we sleep really well on large bed :)

“Scam”

It was a scam. Had to reserve another place. Even when I complained they informed me to contact booking.com

“Bargain accomodation in Seville”

A good bargain as for the cheal accomodation in Seville. The owner lives in the same apartament, so bathroom and kitch are shared. Cozy room with a very comfy bed. Parking free of charge on the street.

Location was very convenient; just a short walk from metro station. The hosts were very friendly and attentive.

Really comfortable place to stay and explore Sevilla. Apartment is located pretty close to underground so communication with city center was good. Hosts were warm and helpful and check-in was quick nad easy!

“Home away from home”

The room was spacious and very organized. The house is clean and is made to our availability in case we need to use the living room, kitchen etc. Eva is very polite and helpful. Even though she lives in the house, she gives you plenty of privacy and space. You feel very comfortable. The toilet and room door have no locks. However, that wasn't a problem at all. I was quite adamant in the beginning but we were very uncomfortable and it wasn't a problem. I truly felt I was in my own home away from home. There is parking near the building, cafés and it is very quiet. 10 min driving from the city centre.

the hosts, facilities and the location

It was as expected: the photos look accurate. Room was okay with window that can slide open and curtains that make the room very dark at night: Beds were comfortabele although a bit short if you are over 190cm tall. Almost no noise audible at all at night. Being able to use the kitchen (including microwave, refrigerator and induction cooking plate) was nice, as was the spacious terrace with cover against the sun. Hostess speaks good English.
