additional third bed wasn't comfy. main two beds were very comfy. everyday cleaning was great. 24 hours customer desk is good.

Cental location, near bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely area. Hotel great for city stop, spotless and well appointed room, bath and shower. As away early, did not have opportunity to try breakfast, but available if required.

I stayed at this hotel last year and had such a great experience that I specifically requested the same room and floor again. The staff were absolutely amazing again — warm, helpful, and professional. The food was also very good, just like last time. Cleaning staff is absolutely amazing , each day they cleaned and tidied the entire apartment leaving personal touch, such as notes. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and I would recommend the hotel for its atmosphere and service. Also, we would come again.

Great location in the centre of San Joan close to shops. Large comfortable room with a balcony, lovely staff. Would definitely stay again.

It was a lovely, clean, and spacious room. We only stayed for 15 hours on our way back from Benidorm. The staff were lovely and friendly, especially the night staff as we left early in the morning for our flight.

Very friendly and helpful check-in staff. Room was spacious, comfy and clean. Air con was easy to control and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Nice powerful shower. Good location for some great bars and restaurants.
