“Beautiful traditional property with lovely friendly staff”

The property was clean and the staff were absolutely amazing, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is lovely and traditional with beautiful gardens and a nice sized pool. It is close to some lovely little cafes which makes it easy to get breakfast in the mornings.

“Incredible property”

I wanted to try a traditional villa. Approximately 200 years old and absolutely breathtaking. The gardens are beautiful and I had the pool to myself all afternoon. An amazing experience. The staff on reception are a credit the business, a great team.

The property is visibly worn out. Our bedroom was very outdated. The mosquito net fell on my bed several times, the sofa was dirty and stained. Certainly a terrible value for money.

This is a characterful old building with beautiful gardens and great swimming pool and a tennis court. The receptionist and owners were friendly. It is a calm sanctuary in the heart of San Juan.

The hotel is a historical building with large corridors decorated library and having specific atmosphere which we like. Parking on the street. Quiet area, except working days when constructions in close vicinity are running.

The hotel was as described it was clean , had a great pool and was very very quiet . Sunbathing was peaceful and the building it self is historical. It’s very close the the hospital which has great public transport links and a taxi rank. For the budget traveller who wants a swimming pool and a finca experience this is the place . It’s not a five star tower of veneer but a nice real value for money experience.

Our flight to Alicante was delayed so we did not get to the property to 10:30pm. When we rang reception from the front gate, we were told that it was too late to let us in even though there was someone on the property. We had been dropped off by a cab and the hotel is pretty remote so we were stranded. The most shockingly bad service I have experienced at any hotel ever! Beware of booking at this hotel if you will need to check in later in the evening. You will not be admitted!
