We are super happy! The apartment is in a great location in an urbanización near San Juan beach and it’s so easy to take the tram to the center of Alicante. Carlos gave us the warmest welcome. He’s such a kind host and very responsive. The apartment is lovely and very practical, and you can tell that Carlos and his wife thought of every detail when they designed it. The view is amazing, and you can open the sliding doors to enjoy a semi-open balcony. The pool was really nice too, and it never felt too crowded. Plus, you need a key to enter, so only residents have access. The private car park is gated, feels very safe. When we're ever in Alicante again, we'll be staying here again!

Near the beach , free parking, clean

It was so nice that we stayed at Mr Carlos's apartment. Fantastic view and close to supermarket, restaurants. He was so attentive, kind, hospitable. We will definitely come back. “Very nice place for a couple”

The host Carlos was amazing. We had problems with flight delay and he was very comprehensive and gave us a lift as the taxi left us at another building. He showed the neighbourhood, where’s the commute etc… Apartment has a fantastic view and it has everything you need. Nice swimming pool area and parking inside the building.

“A perfect 3 night stay for the first part of my trip.”

I stayed here alone for 3 nights as an extra part of a trip I was on. The host was so friendly, helpful and accommodating, showing me around the property and also advising me of places nearby I could visit/how to use the bus service etc. The property was extremely clean, tidy and well decorated. it had everything I could need for 3 nights. The view from the property was the best part, it was absolutely incredible and made it very enjoyable sitting in the property. I loved it and would stay again if I was in the area.

Carlos and Silvia are great hosts! The apartment is clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The terrace is large and has a perfect view.

Exceptional! I 100% recommend! The hosts, Silvia and Carlos are extremely helpful, always available, the property is very close to the beach/tram station/supermarkets and has all the facilities you need-kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, frodge, coffee machine. The balcony offers a 5 star view of the sea and mountains.
