“Very disappointed.”
The breakfast was quite sparse. Had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to my room (which was supposed to have a double bed & only had a single bed); then down those same stairs to Reception; then up another flight of stairs to the breakfast area. Only one staff member that I spoke to could speak English & I had to continually use the translation app on my phone. In the advertising for this hotel, it should say that it is definitely not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

“Great, clean, affordable hotel with awesome staff and breakfast.”
Breakfast was exceptional. The beds were amazing as were the pillows and sheets. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Very close to the bus terminal. Never a lack of hot water.
