“Awful, Avoid this place at all costs!”

The bed was comfortable

Very bad room service. Didn’t clean room for 4 days after repeatedly asking them to. Key cards didn’t worked 90% of the time.

Or I liked it because they didn't make my reservation valid just because of a name but my email and reservation code were proof that if I opened a reservation I lost money time

The homeless camp next to it not advertised

I liked how close this hotel is the the Kaiser Hospital, since that was the main reason for my stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large.

Smelled good at first then as I went to bed the smell of a wet dog got stronger and stronger.

I did like the bed very comfortable. The bathroom not really clean.

Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Easy access to Freeway 101/85. Room was spacious.
