The rooms are small .we stayed for four days three nights They didn’t clean our room the third day at all Parking very expensive you rather park across the street My sister in the other room ordered breakfast and was Very expensive and poor quality

I checked in early and there were no rooms available. The manager was nice and called housekeeping and there was a king room available. I booked a queen. he said he was going to upgrade me. While the conversation was happening the young lady found a queen room and gave me the queen room instead. I felt and still feel the king should have been given to me as was promised by the manager. Since it was only one night I let it go, but probably should not have for costumer service reasons.

Did not use any amenities at the hotel. The location was centrally located which was nice that we were able to walk to nearby coffee and restaurants.

“It was nice, but the cost of parking for two nights and noise from the trolley was a bit too much.”
The location was convenient to several downtown attractions and the conference I attended at a nearby hotel. The room was clean and the housekeeping was outstanding.
