This hotel didn't confirm my reservation,even i paid in advance, It takes more than two hours to communicate with them,with booking dot com it waste too much time, Finally it have to be cancelled。

The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The airport pickup was a little tricky but great at tge same time. Will definitely stay there again if I go back to San Jose

“worth it”
I believe the hotel is located strategically and the service was very good. The room was very clean and had all the ammenities needed as a guest. I was able to work with the WiFi and also feel secure with the surroundings.
