The housekeeping staff can’t read a do not disturb sign. They came into my room three times. To fill up a minibar. And on the day of check out at 8:30am.

“Excellent location, excellent facilities, would certainly recommend.”
Food was OK, other places to eat locally are also excellent. Hotel staff were brilliant, very helpful. We will certainly stay again in the near future.

I don't reccomend this property and people. Choose any other hotel near Santana Row. but, don't go in this hotel.

“A great spot in San Jose”
Very comfortable and welcoming hotel. The team at Hotel Valencia made us feel right at home. Great pool and restaurant also.

“Excellent facility with good staff. However, amenities need improvement.”
I don't care for how they are serving breakfast. The buffet is gone and the substitution is unacceptable. We did not eat it and had to find somewhere else. Coffee is in small cups, just go to Starbucks around the corner.

Locations perfect but customer service was horrible. I would never stay there again even though I love the property but I will not put up with the horrible customer service.
