This property should not even be listed on Booking.com. The staff service is abysmal, particularly the person working at the front desk (an Indian man), who clearly lacks the basic training and customer service standards required to treat guests with proper respect and courtesy. I had a confrontation with this individual because he refused to store my luggage until check-in time. He displayed a defiant attitude and verbal aggression, treating me with complete rudeness and disrespect. To be clear, this person has no place working in customer service. Another frustrating issue is the unnecessary restrictions they try to impose, such as a ban on visitors, which feels absurd given that this is not a five-star hotel. I will say it again: this motel should not be listed on Booking.com. If you want to avoid a disappointing experience, I strongly recommend booking elsewhere. For just a small additional amount, you can find a much better hotel that actually upholds basic standards of hospitality. Finally, I fully expect to receive my $100 security deposit back, as I have read multiple reviews stating that refunds are often not processed properly. If the deposit is not returned, I will contact my bank and take all necessary steps to dispute the charge and ensure this property is reviewed appropriately by Booking.com.

Booking.com doesn't have real photos, it's a complete scam! I made a reservation with payment on the spot, I arrived there at 10:00 a.m. and was shocked by what I saw, I asked to cancel the reservation, check-in from 3:00pm,I did it not at the last minute but in advance, I was refused by a guy of Indian appearance on the front desk, I immediately left there and they still took the money from my card! These are not good faith actions on their part!

Linen was not clean (other people's hair on towel and bedding) and the bathroom didn't even have a shelf for toiletries - you have to use closed toilet seat....
