The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We loved one of the restaurant workers (he went above and beyond anytime he saw us!), the room was comfortable and clean and we utilised the swimming pool. Good location with the light rail getting us to where we needed to go.

“Disappointing facilities and not made to feel welcome”

Swimming pool not cleaned with leaves in it. First night, cold shower and no shower wash in the dispenser. $3 US for a small bottle of water, no pen, no pad. Feels like everything has been stripped. Second night - cold shower again. No casting or screen mirroring, no sky, no Netflix. They changed our room with no apologies and we were given a smaller room without a tub though we specifically booked for a large room with a tub Reception staff only did the bare minimum and were not friendly. No explanation or information on check in. The bar staff were much better. Everything in house was expensive. Lobby and surroundings were dated and tired looking .

easy to order at the bar for drink or food right off the lobby, excellent and easy way to get a triple latte in the morning from the guy working as barista and the cash register was right there-excellent!

The room was clean. It is they had free breakfast and they would not give me Hilton Honor points because I didn't book directly through them. There was an event at the convention center and the line for it went into the Hilton garage. I was able to drive out and get to my own event but I did have to honk a few times. I thought it was odd to have a line go into a garage and back out. On the plus side everyone in line were polite and there were a lot of food vendors if we got hungry. I guess the word chaotic would describe the area in the lobby and outside but the room was nice.

I left items behind. I filed a report. Made numerous calls and nobody has responded.

The hiotel was a great location for an event I was attending. The room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. The TV had lots of channels. The staff were friendly and helpful too! It was a great nights stay.
