sooo easy. didnt have to fill out documents again. I was so surprised that the lady just handed me an envelope and that was it.

Awful company to deal with, stay away. I had booked this for 5 nights - firstly they kept bombarding me with several emails asking for car details which I had already provided (I was sent 20 emails in 24 hours) then suddenly they emailed in the day of check in to say there was no water at the property. I finally managed to get through to someone who claimed she didn’t know what was going on. She said she would investigate and let me know. I was due to catch a flight. She finally emailed to say there’s no water at the property and I won’t be able to check in. In a rush I quickly had to book another accommodation. It’s been 10 days and I’m still waiting for my refund, they claim it’s with management to review. What is there to review? 10 days and still no refund. Please do not book this accommodation. Booking.com have also been useless with helping to get a refund

Large apartment complex in great downtown location. Very clean, felt safe with locked outer doors and concierge at desk. Comfortable bed, good heating and cooling, wifi free and efficient. Apartment was equipped with oven, stovetop, microwave, washer and dryer which was very useful for a week long stay.

We chose this accommodation because it was very close to the venue of a conference we wanted to attend. One day before our arrival, the operator simply rebooked us in an accommodation in Mountain View due to "maintenance" and offered us a cancellation free of charge one (!) day before arrival. When you have a 14-hour flight ahead of you, you usually don't have time to look for an equivalent replacement, so we accepted the rebooking. However, instead of a 10-minute walk, we now had a one-hour bus ride to the conference. Access to the apartment was also problematic. We arrived in Mountain View almost at midnight. The check-in information suggested a 24-hour check-in, but no one was there. After an expensive 30 minute phone call, they almost realized that they forgot to send us the codes for the doors. The apartment itself was clean and of average standard. Like almost everywhere in the USA, many things look good at first glance, but leave a lot to be desired in terms of quality.

Temperature control on sinks were not working and kids burned their hands when they turned on the sink. They should not rent property when their temperature control for water is not working properly.
