Overview
Located in the Cabo de Gata Nature Reserve, Las Olas is just 200 metres from the beach in San José de Níjar. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi and a balcony or terrace. At Las Olas you can choose between studios and rooms. Each one comes with a flat-screen TV, and many have sea views. The studios also feature a kitchenette with a washing machine. The rooms with sea view do not have a kitchen, but include a fridge. San José’s marina is just outside the property, where you can enjoy scuba diving, sport fishing and other water sports. You can also go on a boat trip along the beautiful Cabo de Gata coastline. The city of Almería is a 45-minute drive from Las Olas, and Almería Airport is 35 minutes’ drive away. From here you can get a ferry to north Africa.

“Great location”
Beautiful view of the beach and town from the balcony which had the sun on it in the afternoon/evening so was lovely to sit out on. Short 5minute walk to lots of restaurants/cafes/bars.

Great apartment. Close to everything. We parked right out front. There is also more parking in the garage, but we were there in low season. There are some stairs involved. Nothing critical at all, but might be a problem for the elderly or mobile impaired.

A well designed and beautifully furnished studio with every comfort; a great location close enough to the centre of San Jose but peaceful and quiet with a lovely view. Carolina the owner was so helpful and kind.

“A nice hotel room with a beautiful view.”
This was a lovely place to stay for a night. Carolina was very friendly and helpful at checkin. The room, has everything that you need and the view from the little balcony over the marina was absolutely lovely. Definitely recommended.

“Amazing San Jose”
Everything was good! We had the studio facing the town/beach and it was perfect. It is not in the centre but at 5 mins walking. Be aware that there are stairs to reach the flat entrance, but nothing impossible.
