It was really perfect. The location could not have been better. 2 steps and you are on the beach and easy to walk everywhere in San Jose. The room is very nice and the bed extremely comfortable with a great mattress. Shower pressure was also great. A video that shows the code for the lockbox for the keys was really clear so no problem getting into my room. I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely return.

It was slightly difficult to collect the key as it was in a lockbox and the code was sent with a video on how to get the key which was fine but was for me a little difficult to understand the code on video with me being English and the host speaking with Spanish accent. We did mange to sort this with a quick phone call to the host to ask them to clarify the code for the lock box. Perhaps for future also send code by text to avoid confusion. However, the room was very nice and clean with nice shower and also a very comfortable bed. We would use again if in this area. Thank you
