Featuring gardens with many terraces and 2 infinity pools, Boutique Hotel Jardines de Palerm / Ibiza is set in the countryside 2 minutes' walk outside San Jose de sa Talaia. Set in a traditional 17th-century country estate, the property offers lovely views of the Mediterranean Sea and the island. All rooms come with a private terrace with sun loungers. They are decorated with natural stone and wood details. In San Jose de sa Talaia you will find a selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Just behind the hotel is the start of a scenic hiking route with fantastic views. Ibiza Town is 12 km away and the nearest beaches are around 5 km away.

The location, gardens, landscaping, view from the main pool and bar options, music, breakfast everything was just wonderful. The staff were a standout and offered the highest standard of customer service and were very genuine and kind. On an island that seems to be becoming less personable each year and overcrowding of influencer tourists, the interaction with such personable and genuine staff in a hidden sanctuary in the hills was importantly to us and made our trip very special. The hotel rates are premium however the amount of work that is provided to upkeep the property grounds throughout the year not just the season, and the quality of service that is consistently provided for a boutique 11 rooms. It was nice to have some space to ourselves by the pool, and get away from the crowds. The beauty of a small hotel such as Jardins.

“Superb”
Love the hotel size, and the feeling of being in a private house in the mountains of ibiza. Quiet and relaxing. Bed very comfortable. Beautiful decoration and premises, the pool that is a little bit more hidden was a total gem surrounded by nature. Good food in the restaurant and breakfast, all very natural and diverse. Plus atmosphere was very beautiful with the cicadas sound. Location is perfect, it feels you are in the middle of nowhere even being near a village where you could find supermarket, petrol station..

“Hidden Gem 💎”
Super charming hotel with spacious layout, beautiful garden and sea view allowing lots of privacy, has two pools, great breakfast and tasty restaurant on site, extremely friendly professional staff. It’s a hidden gem, the coziest hotel I’ve been to in the last 10 years of my Ibiza trips! so happy to have stayed there and will definitely come back.
