“Stunning property but overpriced during high season”
This property is stunning - the mix of blue pool waters, white buildings and floating nests. The room was also bright, spacious and with a great view of the pools and beach. Also appreciated the welcome bottle of bubbles and chocolates. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly - we never went far without a greeting or kind word. We were also granted a slightly early check-in and late check-out which really helped as we were travelling with a toddler. Also great, that there is a kids club on site and the staff there were particularly lovely. When it comes to food, we enjoyed our dinner at Nido, with delicious food and attentive service!

Our 1 bedroom suite was spacious, personal hosts Jennifer and Edin great. All 3 restaurants were superb, gym was best I’ve experienced at a hotel! Service was amazing with nothing too hard.

The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The bed is very comfy. The pool area down by the beach is very vibey and some of the staff are very good. The gym is also top tier.

“Read before you go”
This hotel gives the impression of a quiet, high-quality and peaceful place in the photos. In reality, everything is a little different. We were traveling with a 6-year-old child and booked a room with two double beds with an ocean view. The hotel is expensive and we deliberately decided to pay more so that there would be no problems on vacation. How wrong I was If you look here, you will find that they do not offer you any bed specifications except double and king. Upon arrival, we found out that a double bed is not a double bed, but a one-and-a-half bed, which can barely fit two people. We asked the question at the reception, but there they began to explain to us that you have to pay extra for a queen size and that they have nothing to do with what Booking.com writes on their website. This was, of course, a deliberate lie. They offered me to pay extra to get a room with a king bed and a sofa, but I said that I did not want my son to sleep on the sofa. In general, they were not friendly at the front desk, they told nonsense that a double bed does not mean that it is for two and did not help. The bell boy who took us to the room said that we had a jacuzzi on the balcony (it was written in the booking too) and when I asked if it would be quiet in the room in the evening, he answered that of course. He was wrong about everything. On the balcony there was just a bathtub with holes for a jacuzzi, which did not fill with water. I called the guest service and asked, they answered that the water pressure is low and that they did not know what else to say. Finally they said that it is not jacuzzi. )

“Friendly, wonderful and extraordinary”
We loved everything about the Viceroy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. We want to thank Samantha and Oscar for the warm welcome and help during our stay. The property was very clean and everything looked even more stunning in real life compared to the pictures. The architecture is beyond compared. The food was great, too. We had dinner at Awacate and Cielomar and ate at the pool. We loved everything about our stay and would come back any time.

“Absolutely breathtaking”
The options of the 5 pools. You could choose a quieter one if need be . Perfect temperature of the pool water . The asthetic look and feel of calm and serenity throughout the property. Butlers service was very efficient.

“I will definitely visit again and this time, not by myself. It is a beautiful couple destination.”
The staff were really helpful from the moment I checked in to when when I checked out. They provided all the help I needed to settle in, find what I needed and getting around in Los Cabos. The views at the hotel are unbelievable. You have to be there to appreciate it. When you are there, make sure to try the tequila tasting experience.

“Gorgeous zen getaway”
The view was stunning, the staff was amazingly attentive, the food was delicious, and the hotel is super close walking to downtown SJDC! They were great connecting me to boat tours and activities. The staff also prepares your outdoor bathtub which feels very indulgent. The beach area feels exclusive - I actually swam near the shore (not too dangerous in high tide). The spa is a must-do. The music around the hotel is so great- instant relaxation. Live music on the roof was a nice touch.
