“my stay was comfortable. and the stuff treated me very well . hope to visit again”
I liked the room and its location, the staff was very friendly and tried to help. The people at reception tried to help as far as possible. but there was no manager to talk to. what i didn't like is the important part: 1. no directions of the location and how to get to the hotel with public transportation. 2. the hot water in the bathroom had a problem and the guy trying to fix it didn't know how.

“Enjoyed our stay at Santa Maria 🏨 🛏 56”
The staff are very cheerful and friendly, including Ross and all the housekeeping team. They are very professional, responsive to any issues, and keep your room clean and tidy. The pool was well maintained. The bed was comfortable and we had a kitchenette with two burners, microwave and fridge. We were within easy walking access to several restaurants and a large supermarket that has an excellent bakery. Our room faced a golf course, providing some early morning entertainment. Attractions like Santa Maria Beach are a short drive away. Casual atmosphere. Walking around in the area feels very safe. Kid friendly and there is a playground nearby.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Wifi was very good. Room had fridge and microwave but no plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. Had to request them. Some comfortable furniture to sit on would be nice. Very basic.

All the facilities were excellent. Supermarket is just opposite the hotel. Bus stop is also close to hotel. Breakfast was included and super excellent. All the staff were so good. We loved them.

“Very impressed overall”
Beds were very comfortable, room was much larger than expected with a separate kitchen table and chairs, bathroom clean, though soaps, shampoos etc need refills. We also had a very small courtyard with two chairs. Great location to restaurants and beach
