Nice.family hotel

We upgraded to full Ocean view. The room and wrap around balcony were awesome. Great shower. We ate only at the buffet, the food is very good. It appeared that the staf

“Great family resort with great food options”

The staff were poilte from arrival to leaving. Absolutely wveryone had a smile on their face and it seemed like nothing was ever too much to ask for. We even had an incident where my daughter vomited and the cleaner came in and cleaned up and was very polite. I ensured my daughter tipped her well for her good work. All in all i had a pleasant time.

This so-called “resort” is a complete joke. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this place is all about squeezing every dollar out of you while giving the bare minimum in return. Check-in was tolerable, but immediately ruined by some guy trying to upsell me before I’d even gotten my room key. Newsflash: if I wanted an upgrade, I would’ve booked it. Stop hassling tired guests and focus on basic hospitality. Now let’s talk about the rooms—outdated, drab, and stuck in another decade. It’s like they haven’t been renovated since the 90s. Definitely not the vibe for a relaxing getaway. But the absolute worst part? The food. If you’re vegetarian, don’t expect to eat here unless you’re okay with surviving on scraps. The buffet is a revolting disaster—bland, cold, greasy, and straight-up inedible. Honestly, I wouldn’t even feed that garbage to a stray dog. It’s offensive that they think this is acceptable, let alone charge people for it. There’s nothing “resort” about this place. It’s a money grab with zero effort or care for guest experience. Save your time, your money, and your appetite—go literally anywhere else.

“Worth spending a little more on a different all inclusive.”

We loved the location and the swimming pool. We also really loved the size of the rooms. The pizza bar in the pool area was a big hit and we loved the live pasta station in the buffet. The waitstaff in the pool bar taking orders for people on deck chairs were true MVPs.

“Beautiful location, but not good value for money, resort not clean and not all.inclusive”

Cafe food was not good at all and not appealing. could not book a restaurant fully booked. the noise levels were crazy, anyone walking in the corridor you could hear them and lastly we had a room with door if wanted to share and the noise from next door was unacceptable. never staying there again

The room with view was lovely, pool area was great too and staff was super friendly. Drinks were great.
