“Great villa in nice location.”

The villa was in a nice quiet residential area with a nice friendly local restaurant just 100m away at end of the road leading to the villa. There is also a big supermarket less than 10minute walk away. Taxi to the main Ushuaia area was not expensive. The villa was a good size for the 6 of us and could probably accommodate more. Kitchen/dining was well equipped with everything you need. Pool area was great and even a ping pong table and BBQ area. Communication with the management company was great from start to finish and they greeted us well to show us around. I would recommend staying here.

The level of service that the Green and Blue staff offered was exceptional. Jose was there on arrival and even provided some water and chocolate for the children, he gave us a tour of the place and with this being later on a Sunday night he was very attentive and helpful. With the what's app feature for communication they were very quick to respond. Natalya even brought some equipment within an hour of the request and it really added to the overall experience. For what we were trying to get out of a family break together with a young family of 5 the garden was a brilliant space, and within a secluded safe area but not to far away from the supermarket (0.4km) There was a cafe at the top of the road in which the wife went to get ice cream with the children again very friendly. The pool was clean and the garden area for me is what made the villa but that's my preference to be outside all day.

we liked the pool and large outdoor area. beds in bedrooms were ok, not the most comfortable but not the worst either. kitchen equipment was good and we liked the coffee machine. also the outside bathroom was very handy, clean and new. staff was friendly.

Very spacious property, good central location, secure electronic gate access. Even had an outside kitchen/dining room, as well as lovely shower room near the pool. Within walking distance to a large modern Mercadona supermarket. Greeted warmly upon arrival to get keys handed to us, nice to get a few drinks & snacks from Agent too.
