The place is wonderfully secluded and intimate and the staff are friendly and helpful, love the aesthetic and that the hotels focus is on environmentalist and conservationism. Do the tour to the waterfall too which is free!

I loved the breakfast, it was fresh and had a lot of options, the hot tub, the free drink and the free trekking tour to the waterfall. The place is beautiful and the staff was nice. The location is amazing, is from the same owners than the chocolate place just at the end of the street, so the architecture is beautiful.

It's a quirky hotel with jacuzzis and a small pool. The staff were very nice and the location was great as a base for us to take day trips from. The food was good in the restaurant.

Amazing location in a lovely small town with great local restaurants and scenic walks. Lovely room with a door directly out to the garden and pool. Really friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Food was delicious. Amazing breakfast included and really tasty options for lunch and dinner. Hike with Pablo was amazing and he was a great guide.

“Calm & relaxing weekend get-away.”

Very relaxing weekend get-away during the Christmas holidays. Great breakfast. 1 hour of hot tub included. Guided walk through Santuario Cascada de las Animas with information about flora, fauna and historic events was also included, which we enjoyed very much.

nice peaceful retreat, big room with huge comfortable bed, private seating area outside door to garden, with shared pool. views of surrounding mountains staff helpful and friendly, superb massage. no complaints but be aware there is no sign at the entrance,

Very friendly staff. Beautiful and original hotel and big rooms with a nice outside private lounge area. Amazing breakfast with the most delicious cake ever. Included: free use of the hottub (you need to make a reservation) and participation at a excursion-hike. Option to book massages (not included in the price).

the decor is amazing. i also loved the video of the history behind the hotel that plays near the bar. Vegan food is offered throughout the day.
