Mattresses are new, a bit firm. Bathroom functional. Safe parking. Caretakers very nice! Very close to ferry dock and waterfront restaurants. Great budget option

I love staying here, have done many times, it's in a quiet peaceful area near the port, it's a Great place to relax, with a lovely garden and very nice staff, when I want to rest before taking the ferry to Ometepe I always stay here

It's absolutely perfect for a stopover before taking the ferry to ometepe and our host was super sweet and welcoming! There's a beautiful garden right on your doorstep and it's quiet there!

It was a great location for the ferry. The staff were amazing and held our bags for 2 days for us while we went to Omepete. There was AC. Great place to stay.

“Great location and good value for money”
The hotel is just a few minutes away by foot to the port where the ferry to Ometepe sets. The yard is huge, tranquil and nice. The staff is very helpful and nice.

“Great stopping point just before/after the ferry. Cute space :)”
This was great. Just a walk up the street from the ferry. Got there quick and got settled in fast before it rained. I was able to walk and get dinner and the bus to our next city pretty much pulls right up in front.

This hotel was very economical. Basic accommodations, perfect to a quick stop-over. The staff were extremely friendly. The grounds were very nice.
