The hotel is located in a beautiful place, with a beautiful territory, but requires more care and attention. Tables on the streets are not wiped even with a small number of guests, everything falls on them from the trees, there are ashtrays, which are also not cleaned. It is uncomfortable to sit near the room on the first floor, since huge vases with flowers were placed on the tables. The staff is indifferent, it was my birthday, no one congratulated me or paid attention to this, especially since we took room service several times. The room is very damp and humid, in the summer I think it would be good to rest here, but in rainy weather - impossible. Because of the humidity, it was uncomfortable to sleep in the room - neither open windows nor air conditioning helped, it was very stuffy and my head hurt. The restaurant in the hotel for room service is good, not a big choice, but it was delicious. Breakfasts are standard for a 3* hotel, nothing more: omelette, boiled eggs, tomatoes (they were dirty), sliced ​​cucumber, lots of pastries, there were fruits, only one type of cheese and ham. You can only come here in the summer, when it is dry and warm, but at other times it is just money thrown to the wind, because it is uncomfortable. We live in the 21st century, and I still can't tuck the sheets, you will have two sheets and a blanket between them, which they hardly wash after each guest - it's terrible.

It's a beautiful property in a beautiful colonial building. The staff were very helpful and kind. I loved the courtyard. They gave me an upgraded room, which I really appreciated. It was quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is situated in a few old colonial buildings, very beautiful. The ambiance is perfect. Nothing is out of style and every detail is thought of. Also in the room you get a feeling of luxury. We had a room on the first floor with a double kingsize bed. High ceilings, large bathroom with shower and bath and air-conditioning. You can order a lot of different foods and beverages and have them served in the room, outside terrace or in the winter garden (cooled with aircon). The staff is very attentive, polite friendly and easy going. Most of them speak English very well. I know a bit of hotels and I would rate this a 5 star instead of 4 star hotel!
