The apartment is near the airport and easy to drive to. The underground private parking was perfect and secure. The apartment was clean and tidy. The washing machine came in handy to get my bit cleaned ready to come home. Saved me doing it this end. I didn't read the reviews until I was at the airport wasting some time, and I was a little worried about the comments about the busy road noise. It is a busy road but it didn't disturb me. It's perfect if you like people watching in the evening.

“Perfect little place for Tenerife”

The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff was very accomodating and was a pleasure to talk to them. They made us feel very special with their hospitality and management. We couldn't ask for more

The appartment is perfectly placed near Tenerife South airport and not far away from the touristic agglomeration of Los Cristianos/Costa Adeje. We used it as a base to explore predominantly the northern part of the island but you can always use the highway to reach those more picturesque sites. It has everything for a shorter or longer stay - we liked most the fact that there are two separate bathrooms which allows more privacy. In the town itself there are 3 big supermarkets where you can buy food and later cook at home (if you like of course). There is also a private garage underneath the building which is a very big plus as parking places at times are scarce.
