“Amazing flat”
It's even better than what you see in the pictures, very spacious very fresh very pleasant. It was extremely tidy and clean, and were placed 4 clean towels were prepared for us. The apartment actually welcomed us with almost everything we needed, for a week's vacation for a couple. A unique place I've always dreamed of owning one. Such a nice place that you don't even want to go outside, it feels like home, so cozy and comfortable.

Very nice apartment in new building, new furniture and good beds, good location not far from El Médano beach. Many supermarkets, local shops, bus stops, vegetable market in area.

“Too loud I wouldn't come anymore”
In the middle of the night the garbage collection comes. To empty the garbage bins that are right outside the bedroom window. We were extremely frightened by the noise. Once at 02:41 in the morning and once at about 3 in the morning. There were carker sheets everywhere in the apartment, we were able to remove about 7 pieces ourselves. We think that these come from the waste stations in front of the house The door in the bathroom brushed against the floor, closing was not possible. In the apartment downstairs it was very noisy, people were arguing with each other. This 2 nights and Furniture had been moved and children had been crying. We thought we would have to call the police, but when we knocked on the door of the apartment, it was quiet and we were able to sleep again.
