“A good option for San Ignacio”

A great location for an overnight stop and an introduction to Belize. Rooms had great balconies with views over the town and a small pool for chilling . Reasonable pricing and friendly nonsense hosting. Recommended

A Welcoming and friendly Guesthouse, owners always available to assist yet discreet., helpful and also offer a laundry facility if required. The pool and outdoor seating area is lovely and relaxing. I appreciate the filter coffee to greet you 1st thing each morning and kitchen facilities if required. Secure entry is a bonus also. Cahal/ Cahel Pech is very close by, minutes away and worth visiting - a little gem of a place....

Highly recommend staying here. The family that runs it is so lovely and helpful. The newly installed kitchen and pool really add to the property. Rooms are basic but clean and comfy with good AC and hot water. We booked the ATM tour with them for a good price. Short walk to local supermarket and grocers and about 15 mins to town but easy.

The hosts were so nice, really friendly and helpful. We felt really welcome here. Also, the swimming pool and the garden around it is a nice place to hang out, get some shade from the sun.

The family staff here are so friendly, they could not do more to help. The swimming pool is lovely, the aircon was great and hot showers. They have great restaurant recommendations and can organise tours.

The guesthouse was located just a little up the hill in San Ignacio which was totally fine and not a long walk to be in the center. The guesthouse is great value for money as it is clean, offers coffee in the morning and the owner and workers there are so friendly. They even booked us the ATM Tour which was absolutely great. Furthermore it is great that there is a pool you can use to cool you off. I would highly recommend.

Nice and helpful personel which is great added value to this small hotel.

Comfortable large room, hot shower and strong WiFi. There's the use of a kitchen and a fridge.and of course the swimming pool. The staff are lovely people, very friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommended.

Ronnie and his Mom Sonia were great hosts

Really lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. We walked to the nearby ruins and were impressed by them. Great takeaway called Davids over the road, cheap good food. Short walk into town (15 mins)

The woman running this place is amazing. She is running the whole place basically by herself. She is organizing everything for you if you like. Tours and taxis which are organized by her are very cheap and everything went well.

Everything! But mostly, the staff is so friendly! The two that seem running the place are thé example of great hospitality. They made us feel so welcome, helped with booking things, even went to buy ear plugs when I asked if they had any. There’s a nice pool that’s clean and has a decent size, kitchen to cook yourself a meal, free water, rooms are simple but have everything you need, they’re clean and quite spacious. Most important: good airco and fan!
