Huge apartment! Very clean and the warmth inseide was okay during the heat of the day. Two backyards, well equiped kitchen and the washing machine worked well. Close to the bus stations "Mater Dei" and "Universita" where a lot of busses have a stopp.

It's been a wonderful stay! The house is huge and it's inside a very relaxing area of Malta, which is very well connected to other parts of the island. Therefore, every room was very clean and the owner Mr. Paul has been so kind with me!

I stayed in this apartment for 8 nights in October 2024 and this apartment fully met my expectations: apartment with an original Maltese atmosphere, which gives a feeling of immersion in the real life of the locals, to feel Malta and fall in love with this country. The apartment is very spacious, clean, equipped with everything necessary, with attention even to the small needs of the guests, such as kitchen appliances and dishes, seasonings, oil, salt, sugar, tea, coffee and other pleasant bonuses, as well as everything you need in the bathroom, shower and laundry facilities. The bedrooms have air conditioners, but despite the hot weather there was no need to use them. Since the house is built in such a way that a comfortable temperature is maintained in the apartment. I really liked the patio with potted plants, where it is convenient to dry washed clothes and have a cup of coffee. It is clear that the owner cares about the comfort of his guests, anticipating all their needs. The location is convenient, a large Lidl supermarket is 300 meters away, bus stops, convenient access by public transport to any place on the island. The nearest beaches are 2-2.5 km away, you can walk or take a bus. Getting from and to the airport is also convenient by bus, there is no need to use a taxi. Contact with the owner is easy and pleasant, through messages on the booking and through the phone. I recommend these apartments for a pleasant stay in Malta and hope I will be back there again.

I had an exceptional stay at this holiday flat. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by its cleanliness and convenience. With multiple bus stations nearby and a grocery store just a short walk away, the location couldn't have been better. But what truly sets this place apart is the hospitality of the host, Paul, and his daughter. When I fell ill during my stay, they went above and beyond to take care of me. They came over in the middle of the night to assist me, taking me to the doctor, cleaning for me, and even providing groceries and medicine. Their kindness and thoughtfulness were truly touching. Throughout my stay, Paul and his daughter continued to check in on me, ensuring I was comfortable. Despite their generosity, they always respected my privacy and reassured me that I could reach out if I needed anything. The flat itself is well-equipped with adapters for various plugs and a range of hygiene articles, from shampoo to sun protection. The abundance of clean bed sheets and a hair dryer made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I am immensely grateful for the hospitality I received and would not hesitate to book this flat again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

This is my second time and I was very happy to be lucky enough that it was available. There is lots of space, you get a big whole flat/house in traditional Maltese style. It is very well equipped with everything and has a useful back patio as well. Paul, the owner, is very very friendly. There is easy and available on-street parking nearby. I'll be back if property is available next time.

Very near bus stop. Good air conditioning. Nice host. We were all day outside so the accomodation was good for us. Silent place. Very near LIDL and other shops.

Lots of space, big whole flat, very well equipped with everything. Useful back patio. Very friendly owner. Easy and available on-street parking nearby. I'll be back if property is available next time.
