“If you dont require luxury and just want a place to rest your head at night, go for it.”

The host was friendly, it felt like visiting a grandma. If you like cats, you will love the place. Also, the house was like 5 minutes away frin the tower of Pisa by car. Easy parking right outside.

They did not let me use the kitchen, I was told that I had to reserve the Kitchen while booking to use it (even though the kitchen was empty and nobody was using it) LOL. There were no dust bins, neither in the kitchen nor in the bedroom (at least when I was there). The home is covered in plants ranging from fake ones to real ones, so be aware of mosquitos (In summer).

The stay was comfortable. I would have preferred if the host was a bit more friendly. The WiFi was not working.

"One" is a place of exceptional beauty and delightful quirkiness, offering breathtaking views that left us in awe. The ambiance, including the decor, the furniture, the friendly feline companions, and the soul-soothing music, perfectly matched our expectations and created a truly immersive experience. Filippo, our remarkable host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. He not only looked after our comfort but also provided invaluable recommendations for exploring the area. The property's strategic location meant that we were just a short stroll away from all that Pisa has to offer, making it an ideal base for our adventures. However, it's Filippo who truly stood out during our stay. His unwavering assistance extended well beyond our expectations. When we found ourselves unable to secure a taxi to the airport, Filippo came to our rescue and personally drove us there, demonstrating his exceptional dedication to his guests. To top it off, we accidentally left behind our car keys, and Filippo has been instrumental in arranging their safe return to us. This has undeniably been the highlight of our journey, and the level of hospitality we received was nothing short of sincere and heartfelt. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return to "This One" and relive this extraordinary experience.

Everything was sparkly clean. Fillippo was amazing, really helpful and funny. We loved the cats, the furniture, the decor, the choice of music (classical) and overall the vibe. We would for sure come back for even longer!
