A very quiet and peaceful place with friendly and welcoming hosts. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with good mattresses and pillows. It’s not exactly a hotel in the traditional sense, but more like a countryside house or a private villa where bedrooms with private bathrooms are available for rent. We stayed for just one night, and everything was perfectly comfortable. The room had everything we needed for a pleasant and restful stay. The air conditioning worked well, which was important because it was quite hot during our visit. Breakfast is available on request - we had eggs with bacon, yogurt, and coffee. Simple but satisfying enough to start the day and go explore the city. Check-in and check-out were quick, easy, and very friendly. There is private parking on site. It might be a bit tight for large or wide cars, but we managed to park easily. The parking area is secured behind closed gates, which was a big plus for us.

This place is amazing! Huge room, comfortable bed, friendly owner. I stayed 3 nights for work and had a great stay. Bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you directly to Pisa.
