beautiful place with a charming garden, not far from Lucca. This is exactly what I was looking for. The quality, the decor, and the hosts are wonderful.

We loved everything about Casa 468. The property itself is gorgeous and the road leading up to the entrance, one of the prettiest we’ve driven.

The apartment (situated away from the road) was very spacious and super clean and had a beautiful surrounding garden. also easy private parking. the country side around the area is stunning and it’s less than 15 miles from the walled city of Lucca

What a fantastic place! The apartment is really beautiful, clean, spacious and well-decorated. And the garden surrounding the house is stunning as well. Our dog loved it! Massimo and Giolio are super nice and helpful. If you get a chance to also visit their restaurant, you must do so!

Oh, what fond memories we can take away from Casa 468! Massimo and Giulio are the most welcoming hosts who have created a little piece of heaven in the countryside between Lucca and Pisa. The most important resident however is Rio the cat, who greeted us every time we came home, and yes it felt like home. White doves are gracing the garden, a small pond next to a seating area surrounded by lemon trees in terracotta makes you want to stay and relax. A cozy living and kitchen area, comfortable beds, stylish bathrooms, an electic mix of antique and modern furniture, an artsy selection of lamps and warm wood floors makes this place unique. We hope to come back soon!

The property is beautifully finished to a very high standard. The garden is an Italian oasis. Great location if wanting to explore the area as the apartment is close to lots of places. Exceptionally clean apartment equipped with everything you need. Giulio and Massimo were great hosts- highly recommend going to their restaurant Osteria Candalla which is simply magical.

We visited CASA468 two times as we fell in love with the host and the apartment from the first day. Giulio and Massimo are exceptionally lovely host that will make sure their guest will not miss a thing. The apartment is decorated and furnished with such a style that it was inspiring to us. The two also have a wonderful and unique restaurant that we highly recommend as we went there may times (if you have the chance to get a table), they will for sure give u more info on the restaurant if you ask them. For us it most probably will not be the last time we visited. To us Giulio and Massimo are “super host” that we can only recommend.
