Well located close to Pisa airport and Pisa city. Large, clean and comfortable room. Very friendly host (my son kept asking for him after we went to another hotel as part of our Tuscany trip). Overall great value for money!

The host waits for us to arrive and gives us a warm welcome. He is so nice and introduced us to the room. Though the host speaks limited English, he is very patient and we are able to communicate through the translator app. He also gives us a very nice book introducing Pisa Tower and also a gift bottle for my son. This is definitely the best place I would recommend to live if you want to visit Pisa tower or 5 terra since it is close to both of the places.

“Would highly recommend for families and for a friendly stay”
Fabio was a fantastic host from beginning to end water bottles and ice cream for the kids and coffee for the grown ups, he also helped arrange a taxi for the morning airport run. The little town was beautiful to walk around later in the evening with a small playground directly over from the home.

Very pleasant stay, hosts were so kind. Neighborhood and whole area of San Giuliano Terme is safe and tranquil so we slept with open door of apartment, only net for mosquitoes was closed. Place is near to Pisa, only 10min with our car.
