“Disappointing experience”

We stayed for one week as two families. Check-in was not smooth – despite confirming our arrival time in advance, no one was present when we arrived, and we had to call and wait to be let in, which was inconvenient with small children. The house is spacious, but we did not expect one entire floor, including bedrooms, to be in the basement, with a lack of natural daylight and no view. The property is generally equipped for a short stay, but it feels quite worn and not well maintained. It did not feel prepared for our arrival with basic necessities (e.g., we had to find, bring, and prepare garbage bins for use, as well as purchase garbage bags and toilet paper). Cleanliness could be improved, as the bathrooms did not appear to have been cleaned at all, and water leaked during every shower, requiring us to wipe the floors each time. Some towels had noticeable holes. After departure, we were informed about alleged floor scratches attributed to us. We did not notice any damage during our stay or upon departure. The €300 cash deposit was not returned, and an invoice for full floor renovation was later issued. This inconvenience led to a very disappointing overall experience. We would not return and would not recommend this accommodation.

“Everything was absolutely amazing”

I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful house with some friends this summer. The property itself is stunning, and the pool… absolutely amazing! What truly made our experience special, though, was our host, Alessandra. She is such an incredible person—so attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us, and her warm personality made us feel instantly at home. This was one of the best vacation stays I’ve ever had, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly, highly recommend!

“Wonderful”

The house is very nice, big and has all the comforts
