“Perfect place”
Oh my god, where do I start. It was simply perfect. The host is the nicest person, very flexible and accommodating. The room is wonderful and the bathroom, oh my god, is gigantic. It is also perfect to stay if you have a car, which is rare in a city such as this one. You can just leave the car in the garage and walk 10 min to the heart of historic San Gimignano. Excellent value for money.

“Short stay in San Gimignano”
Handy location within walking distance of the town. Owners were lovely and very obliging. Car parking was a real bonus. Didnt use the pool, but it looked nice.

“The perfect place to stay in a beautiful town”
The room was spacious and comfortable and was very clean. The owner was absolutely lovely and helped us with any queries we had. It was great to have a pool as well with plenty of seating. The town was a short 10min walk away. Would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay! 🌟 The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The highlight for us was definitely the pool – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great stay in the area!

Peaceful Pool area. Lovely view of the countryside from room. Excellent location, 10 minute walk to city walls and a stunning view of it on the way. Bathroom was huge.

“Fabulous find in San Gimignano!”
Andrea was warm, welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely and spacious, clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing afternoon at his lovely pool and the property is situated a quick 10 minutes walk to the old town.
