This was the most stunning Airbnb we stayed at during our entire trip across Italy. The house is beautifully decorated and feels incredibly cozy—perfect for a family vacation. It features a spacious garden that offers breathtaking views of the picturesque Tuscan countryside. Plus, self-check-in is available. I highly recommend it; I will definitely be back!

This was our first stay at Villa Boccaccio, and we have never experienced such a beautiful stay anywhere before. Everything is exceptional – from the villa itself, to the peaceful surroundings, the warm people, and dear Andrea, who was always available and incredibly helpful. “Clean and spacious in a nice country setting.”

We had the upper floor apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was super spacious, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had every thing we needed. Comfortable beds.

Hostess is very kind. Villa and terrace are beautiful, location is quite, surrounded by nature, just perfect! Highly reccomended for escape from realty

“Amazing Tuscany experience”

We had an amazing experience in the villa! It's very clean, the apartment was renovated but still kept the charm of the original place. The garden and the view are very beautiful and the jacuzzi is a great idea. In the kitchen there is everything you need. Very comfortable for 4 people - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The host is very helpful. Wifi is also good. Would definitely visit again!

Everything was very clean

The property is set in a very quiet area, jut how we imagined with fantastic patio areas for relaxing, sitting in the hot tub and enjoying the view. The view is spectacular and as it's so quiet you'll struggle to find anything any better.

Lovely location away from it all but also not too far from San Gimignano . Very spacious villa with all the necessary amenities and super clean, modern bathroom . Excellent communication via the host. Andrea the property manager was so lovely and able to help us at any opportunity. The views are absolutely incredible ! Loved sitting outside in the courtyard with a coffee in the morning.

Such stunning views across the valley to San Gimignano. Breathtaking, especially from the lovely hot tub ! All the facilities you could want in the room (we had the bigger apartment), and to enjoy the garden too with plenty of seating and outdoor cooking. Our host Andrea came to check on us and left some lovely provisions for us (thank you Andy ! ). The location is ideal for exploring Tuscany, and we wish we had stayed longer.

Location is perfect. Only 15 mins to San Gimignano! We were pleasantly surprised with how large our Villa was. 3 stories with a jacuzzi over looking the Tuscan hills which was pretty special. 10/10!

Beautifully restored apartment on the ground floor of an old Tuscan house. Little patio areas dotted about and a communal deck with hot tubs, sofas, table and views views views. Hot-tub was set to a cool temperature, just perfect for lounging in on a summer morning and evening! About 15min drive to the old historic centre of San Gimingnano. Definitely recommended.

The host is very nice and friendly. The room was a actually three level apartment with a living room, a bedroom, bathroom and a jacuzzi. Very clean and very spacious with a cozy, old style vibe. The back yard is really nice and the view is amazing.
