“Amazing hosts, beautiful location!”

Perfect location within a short walk to the center. The hosts were some of the nicest people we've ever met, we've felt super comfortable like at home.

lovely owners. beautiful outside area and very short walk away from the centre. they let us use their washing machine whilst here and left us with postcards - super sweet! nice that it had a bug net over the bed. also allowed you to pick if you wanted the top or bottom room!

A perfect stay just a short walk away from the walls of San Gimignano with one of the friendliest couples as hosts! Apartment was clean, great location, they even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, we felt very at home but it's completely private in the apartment itself.

The hosts are exceptional. They are as genuine as they come! The location is superb, walking distance to the old town. The property is so pretty that it feels like to loge in a fairy tail.

Charming older couple hosting. Lots of good local info (including where to park for free) Just a short walk into town centre. Liked the little private garden. Good restaurant v close.

Great location, quiet but close to city, restaurant and supermarket. Friendly owners that treat you as their personal guests, not tourists. Since breakfast was banned because of pandemic I had a privilege starting day with espresso lady brought to our terrace with a smile and Buongiorno! Last person who did that for me was my mother (some 50 yrs ago and without Buongiorno). Not hard to find parking around. Our previous accommodation (for couple of years) was hotel just next to this house. This year it was too expensive. We didn't regret swapping to Primetta House.

We love it! We will definitely come back and live here again!☺️ Hosts are very warm, patient, humorous and full of love. Definitely the Italian grandparents you'd wish for. Thank to Luigi, too! Must come. Grazie Nonni!❤️

10 minutes from historic center of San Gimignano. Hosts were very friendly and helpful,we even got postcards as a souvenir from San Gimignano! It wasn’t very hot inside which was an advantage for us, especially when the temperature outside was 36 degrees.

The location was very good and this place has a garden for launch, dinner, etc.

The stay is very close to san gimignano. You can park your car here and not have to pay for parking if you walk to town. The host Primetta is the cutest of all the host in Italy. She is very nice, we don't speak Italian but she tried her best to make us understand the good wineries and shop in the town. Gave us English map to understand places to not miss.

The hosts were incredible, like the Italian grandparents I never had and the neighbors that I actually did. I didn't understand most of what they were saying but they tried their best. Mauro had some very knowledgeable professorial aura about him and Primetta was very much the ideal hostess with all the happy laughing and kindness.

The hosts were extremely nice and really made us feel welcome. The house has everything you need, it's very quiet but close to shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the old town. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay there again.
