Overview
Family-run Bellavista is an ancient, refurbished country house surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, and set on a hill overlooking San Gimignano. Rooms and apartments have beautiful views. At the Bellavista you will find a nice garden with sun terrace and swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi is provided in all rooms and by the pool area. Podere Bellavista is 5 km from the historical centre of San Gimignano.

“Truly wonderful, a simply beautiful spot, peaceful and incredibly friendly and welcoming.”
Every thing, the situation is glorious, the staff were so so friendly and the food was exceptional. They made sure that we had a wonderful meal waiting for us when we arrived late. Their communication was always prompt and they were incredibly accommodating of any requests, needs. We will definitely return and have told so many of our friends about it .

The team was absolutely amazing! Such warm, kind-hearted people who were always ready to help with a big smile. They made us feel very welcome. The place itself is stunning and very unique. Our room was spacious and decorated with great taste. Having on-site parking was very convenient, and the location is perfect—right next to San Gimignano.

Podere Bellavista was recommended to us by friends who have visited recently and it completely blew us out of the water. The entire experience was amazing from A-Z. The service was absolutely phenomenal, as well as the restaurant services - delicious!! The views were breathtaking, as was the pool side service. The only regret we have is not booking a longer stay. I recommend 10/10

You are basically staying at family farm outside the nearby town. It is very authentic/cozy/friendly place to stay. The atmosphere is very calm and the views are beautiful

Stunning location with beautiful views. Pool area looked beautiful (it was Autumn when we visited so we didn’t use it). The food was exceptional! The dinner we had there was one of the best we had in Tuscany.

Beautiful views , immaculately clean and well maintained. The pool was amazing and the rooms were so thoughtfully presented and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing , staff went above and beyond, nothing was a problem and communication through WhatsApp was very efficient . The restaurant menu each night was excellent .

“Wonderful time in idyllic location .”
Very close to San Gimignano and so walkable. The views are amazing, the accommodation is very comfortable, clean and has nice big fluffy towels. Breakfast and evening dinner were both delicious. The staff also go above and beyond to ensure that you have a great time. They were all very friendly and helpful. 😃
