The location in close to parking space P3 and city center. Also it has a common area with kitchen and living room and the room was really nice and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in San Gimignano. The place was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — just steps from the main square, yet quiet enough to relax. Waking up to the views of the medieval towers and walking through the historic streets right outside the door made our time here unforgettable. Highly recommend

We had the whole apartment consisting of 3 en suite rooms, shared lounge and kitchen for ourselves which was lovely. The location is fantastic. 1min from Porta San Matteo, which is one of the main entrances to the town. Allesia our young host, was very helpful and efficient. Very efficient aircon that we needed urgently as there is a heat wave in Italy. The apartment is on a quiet street, but nice restaurants around the corner.

Our group of three couples booked the pink, green and blue rooms and had the adjoining living and kitchen area to ourselves making it a three bedroom apartment. Absolutely perfect. Spacious, well appointed and with comfortable beds in the beautiful setting of a 14th century building. Perfect location in quieter part of San Gimignano but with so many cafe options right on your doorstep from casual to Michelin star and just a casual 10 minute stroll to the centre of town. Our host Alessia was excellent. Very accommodating and friendly, and great with all the communication up to and during our stay. Her parents ran a cafe next door so we popped in there many times! We stayed for three days and wanted to “live like locals”. It exceeded our expectations. San Gimignano is such a beautiful 14th century town set within a wall high on a hill with panoramic views to the Tuscany landscape. Wonderful buildings, history, things to see including San Gimignano 1300, a large room size scale size model of the town in the 1300’s, cafes, shops and bars. And you could see the locals had pride in their town. All in all, this whole experience would rate as one of the best we’ve ever had, anywhere.

It was nicely decorated had access to kitchen and seating area. It was very close to restaurants and a short walk to the major attractions. The staff were very helpful and the bed was comfortable especially the pillows
