A good location in a historic building within the city walls. The hostess is charming and the space ample. Although the check in times are not generous we were welcomed early and luggage storage was offered on departure.

Great location on the main road, owner very helpful. She even kept luggage in store for us after check out. Room was rather small and very basic. Otherwise comfortable.

Right in the heart of the town, the room was extremely comfortable and clean, even though not so big. Brunella the owner was delightful and very helpful. She gave a list of restaurant recommendations, one of which we chose and is was excellent.

The owner is a super kind and helpful lady, She is preparing a lot of drinks in the room you can buy very cheap. It is in the old town, very close to all the bars, Café and attractions.

Brunella was a wonderful host and provided us with loads of info and recommendations, she was super communicative and allowed me to stow my bag after check out so that I could look around San Gimignano whilst awaiting the bus to Monteriggioni. We had a lovely stay despite it being only one night long and would certainly come back in the future!

The location was great, inside the medieval city, in a historical building. Signora Brunella was very nice and provided us some information, such as tourist attractions and places to eat. The room had a cosy atmosphere, with a nice sized bathroom.

Perfect location right in the center. great and helpful hostess. You will feel like you are in a castle room. Private bathroom and coffee maker available.
