Amazing location. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The private car park was so much better than the alternative. The owner, Claudio, was very helpful and friendly. A lovely stay in San Gimignano.

The location was great, we enjoyed staying in the historic building right in the historic centre. The apartment was comfortable with good air conditioning and wifi. We loved the view from the kitchen overlooking the walled city and from the main bedroom over the countryside. The host Caudio met us on arrival and was very attentive, checking in with us during our stay, which was much appreciated. He gave us recommendations for places to visit and good restaurants nearby. Claudio was very helpful and had good attitude. Area, inside the walls. Perfect air-conditioning for the hot days. Bottle of wine as welcome. Safest parking in the world! For 10 euros per day, you can lock your car in private parking (of course, you have the key to enter whenever..) Thanks Claudio

This property location is perfect . You can site at the bedroom window with morning coffee looking over the panorama of the countryside , evening you can sit at the kitchen window looking down over the main medieval street with pedestrians and restaurants. You can’t really want for more

In a prime location in the middle of the wonderful mediaeval hilltop town of San Gimignano this is the perfect apartment to base your stay. The views from this large apartment are amazing. Wander the laneways, eat, drink and then a short walk back to the apartment. Claudio is a wonderful host.

Absolutely amazing location, in city center, with great views on Tuscany Landscape and Twin towers of San Gimigniano. Great communication with host, also we get offer for private garage for small fee, as we arrived by car.
