Large appartement in a green area

“Enjoyable space outside, with a natural occurring light show”

The house is clean and comfortable, everything you need to spend the night, cook, have breakfast and warm shower. The space outside is lovely, with privacy, away from the main road, and a bit of a view of the area around. An amazing spot to enjoy a relaxed early morning breakfast. The cherry on top were the fireflies. When the lights turned off at 23:00, hundreds of wild fireflies lit the whole place. A natural light show, amazing!

“Great accomodation for a no-frills short stay close to San Gimignano.”

Location was fabulous and so handy to walk up to San Gimignano if you are fit and healthy. Nice and very traditional farmhouse style accomodation although some travellers might find the accomodation fairly basic. Everything was very clean indeed but we felt that more modern bedding and a new sofa would have been good The kitchen was very well equipped and we had everything we needed for a short stay The shower and hot water were very good indeed.

This place was absolutely outstanding. A mere 3 minutes drive from San Gimignano and the rest of the region on your doorstep, the location couldn't be beat. There are restaurants and hotels also within walk of the property if you didn't fancy driving one night. The property itself is serene - a terrace welcomes you with a superb view over the region and a great relaxing spot for your morning coffee. Inside the property the beds were much larger than on the photos - more like a super-king and a double! The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked the first night we arrived. The coffee pot for preparing morning coffee was a nice touch too. Shower and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the shower pressure was brilliant, much better than at home. Exceptional communication by the host, who checked in with us frequently on WhatsApp, offered us recommendations in the local area and helped us out with questions regarding local petrol stations - nothing was too small or too big. A real credit to Luca. The neighbours at the property were super welcoming and offered us fresh fruit for free each day picked at the property and welcomed us with a hello! I would stay here again without hesitation - I'm really glad to have booked this place and would recommend it to anyone.

The apartment is very close to San Gimignano, but not really in the city. The house is very clean and quiet. The beds are big and comfortable. The hosts are very nice and they responded to our questions/requests always immediately.

“Quite place, clean and near San Gimignano”

Good price. Clean. Good house. quiet area. Near San Gimignano, but you need a car to go. Not an issue for us as we were on a road trip.
