Lovely place - the studio is so well worth it. Amazing vineyard views and so close to San Gimignano too. Highly recommend for an idyllic Tuscan stay!

Such a beautiful property! This is the perfect stay for peace and quiet. The room was just as described and the breakfast was always beautifully prepared and served. We had dinner here one night and while on the pricier side it was an amazing experience. The staff are lovely and the owner was great to talk to and have around.

The view was great - both from the pool area and from the sitting area in the garden. The villa is on top of the hill with very nice view towards hills. Everything was super clean and well maintained indoors and in the garden. Each room had air-conditioner. Ask for a room on ground floor with easier access to terrace/sitting place.

“Idyllic experience close to San Gimignano”
Idyllic setting and convenient for San Gimignano. Our third stay at the property over a number of years and it has retained all of the elements that make it a perfect place to stay. Friendly and can’t do enough for you staff and the addition of dinner to the B&B provides everything you could need for a great place to stay

“Can’t wait to go back next year!”
The most picturesque of Tuscan countryside you could ever imagine. Situated on the top of a hill looking down a valley with nothing but fields of grapevines and olive trees dotted with the cedar trees. Heaven on Earth. The pool location was like an infinity pool into the countryside. The side patio a sun trap and perfect nook for getting lost in a good book.
