Spacious, airy and light, and ideally located to get to the sights of San Gimignano within a 5 minute walk, while at the same time being on the edge of the town so it is quiet and relaxing. In a word - perfect. We had some transport issues on the way and Letizia was so kind and understanding which meant it was not a stress for us - we are so grateful.

We had the most peaceful and amazing stay in this beautiful home. The location is truly unbeatable—just a five-minute stroll into the heart of San Gimignano, yet perfectly positioned to offer stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. The accommodation was fully equipped with every amenity we needed; we spent many evenings cooking meals and enjoying aperitivo on the balcony overlooking the famous San Gimignano towers. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making the experience even more special. We couldn’t have asked for more!

“A very sweet vacation house!”

[Location] only 5 to 10 mins from the house to the center of San Gimignano (walking) and 2min from the city wall. Very calm area at the opposite side of the main city gate. [Service] the handover of the keys was easy and quick during check-in and check-out. The host lady was kind and also spoke French, which was a nice surprise for us. [Facility] all the rooms and facilities were in good condition and perfectly clean. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen which made it easy to prepare breakfast and diner. Special mention to the beautiful views from the bedroom (over the Tuscan lands) and from balcony (over the city).

This apartment combines tradition and modern style. It is situated nearby a parking lot and the center of San Gimignano, which you can reach on feet in 10 minutes. Letizia is a very friendly host – she gave us a lot of useful informations! We had a great time there. Christine & Fritz

Lovely super clean accommodation with every need anticipated. Letizia is a very responsive and accommodating hostess. We loved eating on the balcony and enjoyed the views from all aspects of the flat!

“Tucked away in Tuscany”

Very spacious apartment with comfortable bed. We enjoyed the little balcony where we could sit and look out towards the town’s old wall. The dishwasher was a bonus. A quick walk to the city walls and the bustle of the town. Excellent gelato to be had!

We had a lovely welcome from our host. Everything was clean and comfortable. The apartment is situated just outside the city walls and is lovely and quiet. Not far to walk into the beautiful San Gimignano either, where you are surrounded by beauty, culture and history. Our host was happy to suggest places to visit too.
