“Lovely stay and would love to return one day!”
The location was on a quiet wine farm, about 1.5km outside of San Gimignano. Virtually no road noise, just a church bell which was nice to hear in the mornings and evenings. The views are amazing! The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The pool area was nice and relaxing with a large pool where we could swim proper lengths for some exercise.

Amazing view on San Gimignano, surrounded by vinyards. Very nice winetasting with paired bites. Very friendly and helpful staff.

“A real gem!”
Such a wonderful stay! The view surrounding the property is priceless! It’s worth visiting just for the view. The apartment we’ve stayed in, was really nice, spacious and clean, comfortable bed, down duvet for colder nights. Breakfast had a nice touch with home baked pastries, natural juices, fresh fruits, good coffee and everything else you might need. I didn’t expect to be this good, it was a really nice surprise to discover all this. We haven’t used the pool due to cold weather but it is very nice and well maintained. On top of everything, after a long drive from Salerno, to have a cold glass of rose they left in the fridge along with other wines, that was the cherry on top. And San Gimignano, such a treat on itself. Don’t hesitate, it’s worth the experience!

“Magical place in the Tuscan hills”
I can’t describe in words how lovely and magical this place is. So peaceful, lovely, warm. The views are stunning. Every morning during my sunrise walk, I saw deers or other wild life. The wine tasting was amazing.

“Beautiful views and excellent swimming pool”
The location is beautiful with incredible views at San Gimignano. The swimming pool was very appreciated especially during hot days. The room was fine and relatively cool but the air conditioning would be helpful. We didn't meet the host except for the beginning and the end. Everything was arranged in the way that we didn't need them.

Amazing stay at the fattoria.Perfect pool and views over San Gimignano. Laura is so kind and warm! She even upgraded our room as we are going to get married in September.We felt like home. Definitely we have to come back!

the location is fantastic, so close to and with spectacular views on historic San Gimignano yet remote enough to be peaceful. Florence, Volterra, Siena are all within easy day trip distance, bike rides an awesome scenic event. Welcome & Service are warm and accommodating; electric car charging was made possible. Been there before more than once, will come back more than once
