It was the perfect location to be conveniently placed in the proximity of the town, walk out and everything is right there. We had the experience of living locally in the hotspot of San Gimi.

The apartment was perfect in every way. There is nothing that you might need that Carla has not supplied. Excellent lighting, beautifully decorated a warm and inviting home home for my stay. Perfect location and very quiet.

Apartment was right in the centre of San Gimignano. Very convenient. Huge rooms, convenient kitchen with everything you’d need.

Paolo was very friendly, and responsive and met us at the apartment. The apartment was just inside the town walls at the bottom end of San G. We liked this location as it meant it was less than a ten-minute walk to both the bus stop to Poggibonsi rail and the Co-op supermarket. Lovely coffee shop a few doors down. And the main piazza just a few minutes walk the other way. Bed was comfy. Shower pressure good. Only ate one night in apartment but the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Clean and comfortable. We loved it so much we extended an extra night. Thank you Paolo. Absolutely would stay again.

The apartment is really big and spacious, very comfortable, coffee, water, sugar, salt.. all free. Moreover, the apartment is in the very heart of the historic city, which is very romantic. On the other hand, it is not possible to park here or drive here, so it is good to have few things, because you are partying relatively far.

Amazing apartment in the center of San Gimignano. Two minutes on foot from the central square. Unbelievable cleanliness, everything well-kept, very comfortable spaces and an excellent host. I highly recommend.
