“Great location & superb breakfast”
Very well located (only 5min to the city centre but at quiet location). Fully equipped apartment with all appliances incl. washing machine. And the breakfast in the cafe was gauges- really fresh coffee and pastry 🤤

Very comfortable,large studio apartment, convenient to the old town and the bus stop. Friendly staff and spectacular chocolate croissant for breakfast.

“Comfortable and spacious stay in San gimignano!”
We stayed here for one night. The apartment is huge and has a bed, tv and couch, small dining table and little kitchen. The air con and wifi work very well. The check in process at the cafe downstairs was easy, and check out the next morning also. Location is a fairly close walk to the town and we parked for free in the cemetery nearby. The kitchen has most things you’d need to make a simple meal, and also provided washing up equipment. Breakfast was provided from the cafe downstairs, and our pastries were delicious. The man who made the coffee was very friendly and charismatic also.

Location to San Gimignano town centre was super. The apartment is right beside a quiet bar and pasterie. Lisa the reception went above and beyond her duty to help me when I realised I over packed in the August heat in Italy and had to return some stuff home to Ireland. Lisa was just wonderful and a huge asset to the property. Thank you Lisa

It is a simple apartment, nothing luxurious. The service is very good and the breakfast delicious. Five minutes walk to the square. And it has a clothes washing machine
