“Great little rooms in historical village”

Great spot right near San Gimignano and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a nice vintage feel to it and was clean.

Beautiful views and location in San Donato which felt like a tiny hidden gem. Staff were excellently friendly, especially Francesca who gave us great recommendations. We enjoyed having a glass of wine at the Frattoria next door. Room was comfortable, clean and homely. Loved the wide opening windows on to life outside. The cooking class was excellent - lots of fun and a really memorable evening.

Oh my goodness, where to begin! This property and location was so charming and unique - surrounded by greenery and vineyards, a quiet romantic retreat, and a real highlight during our Luna di miele in Italy! We were delighted with our room, the four-poster bed, wooden beams, character, and space for the two of us. And the owners and lovely receptionists were so friendly, welcoming and made our stay truly memorable. Thank you for your recommendations and tasty breakfast you put together.

If you want a place away from it all, in peace and quiet, with beautiful views, then this is the place to be. Room was lovely, clean and good sized. The garden is absolutely amazing. Parking available and host was very accommodating with excellent communication. Will return ❤️

Clio and her staff were fantastic hosts who accommodated our every need. The available breakfast picnic option in the garden was a lovely addition to our stay. In addition the staff were very helpful to is for planning out out days in Tuscany, including their recommendation for nice wineries that have tastings. 10/10 stay :)

Clio and her team looked after us. This is our second visit because we loved it so much the first time. They upgraded our room and left out lovely refreshments for us upon arrival to celebrate our engagement and wedding planning.

“Peak Tuscany”

This place is authentic and so so beautiful. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the views from the room and their breakfast garden is peak Tuscany. Makes you slow down and breathe. Breakfast basket is a must-try. We even took their cooking class and loved it. They have reserved parking.

We had a very nice stay in this small elegant town. Our apartment was clean and comfortable, and as promised free parking was available a few meters from our front door. The location was good with restaurants and wine tastings next door and across the road, and it’s only a 10 min easy drive to San Gimignano. Our host organised a picnic basket for the four of us which we took across the road for a yummy picnic breakfast overlooking the vineyard. What a great way to start the day. It was a very reasonable €12 pp given what she provided us. The communication from the host and check in/out process was efficient.
