Very nice place, close to Siena / Florence / San Gimignano etc. Children loved it, played happily with the rabbits and dog and we were all happy. We did not want to leave. Hosts are also very nice and enthusiastic

From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like family rather than just guests. Caterina and pablo made sure that we have all we need. Pablo is a wine and olive oil maker. So we enjoyed both. The view was breath taking.

We had a wonderful stay at Poggio Rotondo. The apartment was spacious and clean, the bed and the big sofa were very cosy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the garden at San Gimignano was amazing. The owners Catarina and Fabio gave us a heartwarming welcome, it made us feel right at home. All in all we had superb week in Tuscany and could not have chosen a better place to stay. We highly recommend it and would love to visit again someday 😀

Our family recently returned from a wonderful stay at this charming agriturismo in Tuscany, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The apartment was spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the accommodations made us feel instantly at home. What truly made this place special was the breathtaking view of San Gimignano. Each morning, we woke up to rolling hills, vineyards, and that lovely preserved town. Caterina and Fabio were exceptional hosts - warm, welcoming, and always ready with suggestions for local experiences. They greeted us with a bottle of their estate-produced wine, which was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to begin our Tuscan adventure. Their genuine hospitality made us feel less like guests and more like friends visiting their home. The garden deserves special mention - a peaceful oasis where we spent many relaxing hours. Our daughter absolutely fell in love with their gardens and Mukki the rabbit, who became the highlight of her stay! These small, charming details created memories our family will cherish forever. As a working farm, this agriturismo produces their own wine and olive oil - true treasures of the region made with passion and expertise. Being able to enjoy these authentic local products directly from the source added another wonderful dimension to our stay. Caterina and Fabio are the kindest host you can wish for. They waited us outside the checkin period without any problem and welcomed us with a bottle of their own red wine. Their property is located close to San Gimignano in the beautiful hills of Toscana. The garden, the view of the town is breathtaking. The apartment is very comfortable and modern, equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended!

The apartment is wonderful, there are Everything you need, even wine and olive oil, our own production. It has a large yard and a very beautiful view. It is near San Gimiano. Very easy communication with the owners, very polite.

The best place I’ve ever been in Tuscany. It is a separate apartment with own entrance- two bedrooms, a huge bathroom and well equipped dining room. The location is quite perfect view, far from tourist hub and 10 min by car from San Geminiano. Every detail is perfectly matched. The bedroom is very comfortable with soft duvets and set of three towels. The bathroom is bright, modern and extremely clean. You have a set toothbrush with toothpaste for one-off use. The interior is perfectly designed-typical Italian style. You have everything you need in the kitchen, including different types of coffee from light to very strong, tea and spices. The hostess Ekaterina makes sure you have all the comfort. She takes care of nothing to miss you. It’s the right place to go if you want to enjoy bicycling, sightseeing and relax.For sure, I’ll comeback next year.

Everything! This is most charming, beautiful place on the top of the typical tuscan hill. Even when the heat comes, there is almost always a lovely little breeze. The garden, the table&chairs corner, the night light bulbs, superb view on the nearest town San Gimignano (the "Tuscan Manhattan" ;)), nice, comfortble appartment, and - most of it all - great, helpfull, caring HOSTS, Caterina and Fabio! <3 They have delightful wine and olive oil and other own products, with which they are always ready to share with guests. Really, the fairytale! <3 When arriving, I recommend a very scenic (and safe) route from Ulignano direction, it's FAR better than road directly from Poggibonsi.

We had a short but simply amazing stay at this place. The owners were super kind and friendly, they shared some vegetables and wine with us from their own garden/winery. The territory is large and beautiful with a lovely outside sitting area - a shaded table and chairs. Beautiful views all around and absolute quiet and privacy. The owners live in the same house, but it's very big, and we didn't feel bothered at all. Only at night you might hear some footsteps above in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom was huge and fully equipped to the finest detail. Same with the kitchen - you have absolutely everything you need. Great hospitality!

Perfect house, everything in perfect condtions and even we could taste free of charge the wine and oil of the farm. Marvellous!
